Everyone orders their own. We deliver together.
We bring a scheduled Pizza Punks drop to your building. Your people order what they actually want and pay for it themselves. Nobody on your team collects money, runs a spreadsheet or chases anyone's order.
If you run the building
You agree a date. We do everything else.
Pick a day, three lunchtime windows and one collection point somewhere sensible in the building. That is the entire ask of you.
We supply the code, the posters, the screen artwork and the wording for whatever you send round. Your people scan it, order what they want, pay for it themselves and collect at their slot. There is no order to gather, no money to handle and no list to keep.

The part that is different
Most office food makes one person responsible.
Someone has to gather what everyone wants, get it wrong for two of them, put it on their own card and then spend a fortnight asking for the money back. That is why office food stops happening after the second time.
We took that person out of it. Every order is placed and paid for by the person eating it. What we consolidate is the delivery, not the payment.

One organiser, one basket, one card, one spreadsheet and a running argument about who owes what.
The scheduled drop
Forty people order for themselves. We produce it as one run and bring it to one point at one time.
Nobody is owed anything
There is nothing to reconcile afterwards, so the second time is as easy as the first. That is what makes it recur.

Scan your building's code
It is on the poster, the screen and whatever went round internally. It opens in your phone browser. There is nothing to install.

Pick a collection slot
Three windows over lunch. Each one has a limit, and when it is full it shows as full rather than letting you book something we cannot deliver.

Build your own and pay
Every topping we have, at no extra cost, the same as in the restaurants. You pay for your own order there and then.

You get an order number and a collection point. Show the number, take the box, go and eat it while it is still hot.

The detail
Three windows. A cut off. A limit.
Ordering closes the day before, because a scheduled drop is made in production waves timed backwards from when the van leaves. That cut off is what lets us bring forty orders at once and have them all arrive hot.
Each window is capped. When it fills, it shows as full. We would rather show you a closed slot than take your money for a slot we cannot serve properly.

Three ways to run it
Depending on who is paying.
Your people pay
The recurring one. A standing date in the building and everyone buys their own lunch. Costs the company nothing.
You fund some or all of it
You set an amount per person. They still choose their own food and pay anything above it. How that works.
One order, one invoice
Meetings, events and parties, where one person orders for the room and the company is billed. How that works.
Asked every time
The questions a building actually has.
